A Dialogue in Color and Form
The international exhibition The Shape of Now: A Dialogue in Color and Form was held from 17 November to 13 December 2025 at Gallery Steiner – Art & Wine in Vienna. It brought together artists from Austria, Romania, Serbia and the Czech Republic, creating a space for a contemporary visual dialogue between cultures and styles and exploring the language of form and color in an innovative and timely way.
The exhibition was conceived as a reflection on the present and on how artists from different cultural backgrounds capture the dynamics of the contemporary world through distinctive visual means. Vienna’s audience had the opportunity to discover a diverse curatorial selection that included both established artists and emerging talents from Central and Eastern Europe.
The exhibition’s concept is based on a consideration of the contemporary moment and its visual expressions, with a particular emphasis on the relationship between form and color as universal elements of visual language. Individual artistic expressions were united in a coherent presentation that offered insight into current artistic tendencies in the regional and European context.
The exhibition opened on 20 November 2025 and attracted significant attention from the public and the professional community. Lively attendance and intense dialogue between artists and visitors confirmed the relevance of the theme and the success of the curatorial approach, positioning the event as an important platform for the exchange of contemporary artistic ideas.

Međunarodna izložba The Shape of Now: A Dialogue in Color and Form održana je od 17. novembra do 13. decembra 2025. godine u Gallery Steiner – Art & Wine u Beču. Okupila je umetnike iz Austrije, Rumunije, Srbije i Češke, stvarajući prostor za savremeni vizuelni dijalog između kultura i stilova, istražujući jezik oblika i boja na inovativan i aktuelan način. Zamišljen kao refleksija o sadašnjosti i načinu na koji umetnici iz različitih kulturnih prostora hvataju dinamiku savremenog sveta kroz jedinstvena vizuelna sredstva. Bečka publika će imati priliku da otkrije raznovrstan kustoski izbor, koji obuhvata i etablirane umetnike i talente u usponu iz Centralne i Istočne Evrope.
Koncepcija izložbe zasniva se na promišljanju savremenog trenutka i njegovih vizuelnih izraza, s posebnim naglaskom na odnos forme i boje kao univerzalnih elemenata likovnog jezika. Individualni izrazi umetnika objedinjeni su u koherentnu postavku koja je omogućila uvid u aktuelne umetničke tendencije u regionalnom i evropskom kontekstu.
Izložba je otvorena 20. novembra 2025. godine, privukla je veliku pažnju publike i stručne zajednice. Živa posećenost i intenzivan dijalog između umetnika i posetilaca potvrdili su relevantnost teme i uspeh kustoskog pristupa, pozicionirajući izložbu kao važnu platformu za razmenu savremenih umetničkih ideja.
